The Hekla Difference.

The Barrel is built from thermo-spruce staves, heat treated so they stay stable through rain and frost. Inside, the benches and floor are thermo-aspen. It is smooth, resin-free and comfortable against the skin.

What's the difference between the two rear options?

Choose a clear half-panoramic window to frame the garden view, or a solid wooden back panel for a warmer, fully enclosed cabin. Both share the same grey-glass front door.

Does it come with a heater?

The Barrel 250 is supplied without a stove or stones, so you can choose your own. We recommend a Harvia Cilindro electric heater or a Harvia Linear 18 wood burner.

Is it built for year-round outdoor use?

Yes. Thermo-treated spruce, stainless steel bands and a bituminous shingle roof are made to weather the garden through every season.
