The gentle heat suits me perfectly. I can relax for much longer than in a traditional sauna, and it warms up so quickly.

FAQs
No. All three models run from a standard household outlet, and your dealer will confirm the supply your model needs. The Infrared 100 draws 1.5 kW and the 130 and 160 draw 2.4 kW, which is less than a kettle. Put it near an outlet and you are done.
113 to 140°F. That sounds mild next to a traditional sauna, but infrared warms your body directly rather than heating the air first, so you sweat properly at a temperature you could read a book in. Sessions tend to run longer, 30 to 40 minutes rather than 15.
10 to 15 minutes. Every model comes with Wi-Fi app control, so you can start it from your phone and it is ready when you walk in.
The 1.5 kW Infrared 100 draws 1.5 kWh an hour at full power, and the 2.4 kW models draw 2.4 kWh. Multiply that by your own electricity rate. The full working is in our guide to sauna running costs.
The Infrared 100 is a one-person cabin at 39 in wide. The 130 and 160 both seat two, and the 160 gives you 12 in more bench, which matters if one of you likes to stretch out. All three are 79 in tall and sit happily in a spare room, a bathroom or a garage.
Different rather than better or worse. Infrared is gentler, faster to heat and cheaper to run. Traditional gives you the löyly steam and the full Finnish ritual. Our infrared vs traditional guide compares them properly, and five minutes in each at a showroom will tell you more than any page.
Thermo-aspen inside, a black veneer exterior and an 8 mm gray glass door. Full-spectrum infrared panels sit in the front, back, both sides and under the bench, so you are warmed from every direction. Every model has a three year warranty.
