How infrared works

Full-spectrum infrared warms your body directly with radiant heat. It does not heat the air like a traditional sauna. The result is a gentler, more breathable experience at a lower air temperature.

Ready in minutes. No long pre-heat. The emitters warm you from the moment you step in.
Lower temperature, deep warmth. Comfortable at around 45 to 60°C. It suits longer, relaxed sessions.
