A regular sauna ritual calms the nervous system for deeper, more restful sleep.
Eased muscles
Heat loosens tight muscles and eases the body, supporting recovery after training or a long day.
Heart Health
Heat asks the body to work, gently. The heart beats faster, blood vessels open and circulation deepens. It's a response close to light exercise.
