How infrared works

Rather than heating the air like a traditional sauna, full-spectrum infrared warms your body directly with radiant heat. It's a gentler, more breathable experience at a lower air temperature.

  • Ready in minutes. No long pre-heat. The emitters warm you from the moment you step in.
  • Lower temperature, deep warmth. Comfortable at around 45 to 60°C, so it suits longer, relaxed sessions.
  • Simple to run. Works from a standard supply, with no stones, water or steam to manage.
