Una sauna compacta demuestra que no necesitas una extensión de la casa para sudar correctamente. Diseñadas para una o dos personas, nuestras cabinas más pequeñas caben en habitaciones libres, rincones del jardín y espacios más reducidos, y alcanzan la temperatura más rápido que una habitación de tamaño completo. Misma construcción de álamo termoacondicionado, mismo calor genuino, menos espacio y menos consumo.

Usually yes. The smallest cabin in this range is 100 cm wide and the largest is 225 cm, so most spare rooms, garages and garden corners have room for one.
Two things to check before you order. Leave around 5 cm of clear air behind and beside an indoor cabin so it can breathe. And measure your doorways, because the panels arrive flat but they still have to get through the house.

Check depth as well as width. The indoor infrared cabins are shallow, around 115 to 125 cm, while the outdoor cabins are much deeper. Outdoor cabins also need a level base that can take the weight, such as a concrete pad or bedded paving slabs.
Less than a full size room, because there is less air to heat.
The infrared cabins in this range draw between 1.5 kW and 2.4 kW. At around 26p per kWh that is roughly 40p to 60p an hour, and infrared sessions tend to run 30 to 45 minutes, so closer to 20p to 45p a sitting.
Traditional cabins this size start at a 6 kW heater, which works out at about £1.57 an hour at the same rate. It will not draw full power the whole time once it is up to temperature, so the real figure usually lands under that.
Unit rates move, so use your own. Multiply the heater kW by your pence per kWh and you have the cost of an hour.
It comes down to the heat you want, not the size.
Infrared warms your body directly and keeps the air at a gentler 45 to 60°C. It is ready in minutes, runs from a normal socket, and suits an indoor room where you want a calm session without much setting up.
Traditional heats the air to 70 to 90°C with a stove and stones, and you can pour water over the stones for steam. It is the original Finnish experience. It takes longer to heat and it needs its own electrical supply.
Both work well at this size. Choose infrared for convenience and a spare room. Choose traditional if the ritual and the steam are the reason you want a sauna at all.
That depends which heat you choose.
Our infrared cabins run at 1.5 kW to 2.4 kW, so a standard domestic socket is enough.
A traditional cabin starts at a 6 kW heater and needs its own dedicated circuit, fitted by a qualified electrician. That is normal for any traditional sauna, and your installer will size the supply for you.
Either way, get the electrical work booked before your delivery date so the cabin is usable as soon as it is built.
Quicker than a bigger cabin, which is one of the real advantages of this size.
Infrared is ready in about 10 to 15 minutes, and you can get in while it is still coming up to temperature.
A traditional cabin this size takes roughly half an hour to reach full heat from cold, depending on which heater output you choose. There is far less air to bring up than in a 5 to 6 person room, so it is noticeably faster than a large cabin.
