These terms apply to your use of heklasaunas.com and all its language versions. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website only. When you buy a sauna, you buy it from a Hekla stockist under that stockist’s own terms of sale.

1. Who we are

heklasaunas.com is run by Superior Wellness Limited. Hekla Saunas is a brand of Superior Wellness Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07617796. Our registered office is Superior House, Broombank Park, Chesterfield, S41 9RT, United Kingdom. Our VAT number is GB312067541.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Hekla Saunas. “You” means anyone using the website.

2. Using the website

2.1 The website is free to use. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

2.2 You must not misuse the website. This includes trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or malicious code, scraping content in bulk, or sending spam through our forms.

2.3 The Owner Hub has no login. Your chosen sauna is saved in your own browser and you can clear it at any time.

3. Product information and prices

3.1 We try to keep product details, dimensions, images and specifications accurate. Saunas are made from natural timber, so grain and colour vary from the photos and renders shown.

3.2 Prices shown as “From” are guide prices in pounds sterling, including VAT, for the base model in the UK. The final price depends on the model, heater, options, delivery and installation you choose, and is set by your stockist.

3.3 Not every model is available in every country. Specifications and prices may change without notice.

3.4 Nothing on the website is an offer to sell. A price on the website does not bind us or any stockist.

4. Quotes and buying a sauna

4.1 When you ask for a quote, we pass your details to the Hekla stockist nearest to you so they can contact you. A quote request does not commit you to buy anything.

4.2 Stockists are independent businesses. Your contract for the sauna, delivery, installation, payment, cancellation and returns is with the stockist, under their terms of sale.

4.3 Your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by these terms.

5. Warranty

Hekla saunas come with a 2 year warranty on the sauna and a 2 year warranty on the Harvia heater. The full conditions are in the Hekla warranty terms. The warranty is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.

6. Installation and safety

6.1 Installation guidance on the website is general. Always follow the manual supplied with your sauna and heater. Electrical connection must be made by a qualified electrician.

6.2 You are responsible for preparing a suitable base and for any planning permission or building approval your outdoor sauna needs.

6.3 Health information on the website is for general interest and is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or any other health concern, speak to your doctor before using a sauna.

7. Reviews you submit

7.1 Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not be offensive, unlawful or about someone else’s private details. Photos must be your own.

7.2 We check every review before it appears. We may decline, edit for length or remove any review that breaks these rules. We do not remove reviews because they are negative.

7.3 By submitting a review you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish it, with your name and photo, on our website, in marketing and in translated versions.

8. Our content

We own, or have permission to use, the text, images, renders, videos, logos and designs on the website. The Hekla name and logo are our trade marks. You may view and print pages for your own use. You must not copy, reuse or sell our content for any business purpose without our written permission.

9. Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, including stockists, Harvia and Google. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.

10. Our liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

10.2 We provide the website for domestic and private use. We are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

10.3 We are not responsible for products, services or advice supplied by a stockist, or for any loss caused by a virus or attack that we could not reasonably prevent.

11. Your personal data

We use the details you give us through our forms to answer your enquiry, register your sauna, publish your review and, if you agree, send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Our Politique de confidentialité explains how we collect, use and protect your data. 12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep any protection the law of your country gives you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed. Please check this page each time you use the website.
